Golden Hour at the French Riviera

Nice, France (2016)
This is hands-down the best sunset I've seen and captured in my journey so far. It was fiery and strong, yet soft and dramatic at the same time. The way it slowly encapsulated the famous blue waters of Nice with its golden rays was truly a sight to behold. It was a thought-provoking and reflection-provoking sight - one that would further fuel your philosophical mind to think about things beyond our reasoning.

Seoul-searching

Seoul, South Korea (2009)
I was still a student when I first visited Seoul. I was part of a Global Leadership Exchange Program together with eight other Ateneans and delegates from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. This is probably one of my most memorable experiences in college and one that drove me further to travel the world once I have the means.

The Angkot Wat

Siem Reap, Cambodia (2012)

It was a dream turned reality when I finally found myself standing in front of the world-famous Angkor Wat. I used to only build this in Rise of Nations and watch this in the National Geographic channel - such a surreal moment seeing this in person. It was day 4 of my 10-day Southeast Asian backpacking tour with my three travel buddies.

Singapore at Dusk

Singapore, Singapore (2014)
Probably one of my most favourite cities in Southeast Asia. I was with my family during a short but memorable 4-day tour of the city when I took this shot. We spent the entire day walking from one site to the next. Though the sun's heat was rather intense, it was a comfortable walk with a lot of pedestrian friendly walkways.

Ping Xi Lanterns

Ping Xi, Taiwan (2013)
What do you truly wish for? This is not mine and I certainly cannot write Chinese. But I do hope the wish master captured this beautiful Chinese lantern and gave good fortune to the owner.

Venetian Ride

Venice, Italy (2016)

Having a good vantage point makes an already beautiful experience even more memorable. Venice offers travellers a lot of awesome views, no shot can go wrong in this city. What used to be just a postcard fantasy has finally become a reality.

Surviving Palaui

Palaui Island, Philippines (2015)
Treacherous waters and boulder-like waves, and this paradise at the end! The sight of crystal torquoise waters and powdery white sand made the 19-hr journey worth it
